Cardio Arms and Abs

This was a good workout. I had the music blaring in the living room so half the time for the cardio portion of the workout I was dancing or something else, which probably got my heart rate up even higher haha. Dancing is a great workout in and of itself and I love to dance. I think I need to add that to my new years resolutions: Dance more :)
Alrighty, here is the workout :)

  • Plank Jacks
    • High Knees
  • Rotating Side Plank 
    • Jumping Jacks
  • Walking Pushup 
    • High Knees
  • Pushup with alt shoulder taps
    • Jumping Jacks
  • Plank with Leg lifts
    • High Knees
  • Alt Single Leg Pushups
    • Jumping Jacks 
  • Plank Side Jumps
