Ab Workout

This is one of the workouts I did last night, I did a little bit of cardio first, along with some dancing, followed by this core HIIT workout.

50 sec work, 10 sec rest

  • Mountain Climbers
  • Prone Snow Angels
  • Dead Bugs
  • 3-Way Double Mountain Climbers
  • Unicycle (right)
  • Unicycle (left)
  • Straight Leg Raise--Reach Thru--Hip Lift
  • Double Crunches
  • Fwd/Bwd Rocking Plank
  • Windshield Wipers
  • Side Plank Hip Lift (right)
  • Side Plank Hip Lift (left)
  • Crunch and Tap
  • Hip Lift
  • Down Dog Plank
