Week 9, Day 2
  • 3x(10 bench press/30 flutter kicks/45s rest)
  • 4x(8barbell skullcrushers/50 jumping jacks/30s rest)
  • 3x(10 DB military press/30 medball woodchoppers/45s rest)
  • 4x(15 bench dips/15 DB bench step ups/30s rest)
  • 3x(10 clean and press/10 burpees/60s rest)
  • 4x(10 incline bench press/30 mtn climbers/45s rest)
