Week 9, Day 3
  • 3x (10 barbell squats/45 sec jump rope/45 sec rest)
  • 4x (10 deadlifts/20 plank jacks/60 sec rest)
  • 3x (10 DB lunges/25 jumping lunges/45 sec rest)
  • 4x (10 reverse DB lunges/45 sec jump rope/45 sec rest)
  • 3x (12 box jumps/30 sec jump rope/20 mtn climbers/30sec plank/60 sec rest)
