Body Blitz Week 9

Week 9, Day 5
  • 3x (10 bench press/30 flutter kicks/45s rest)
  • 3x (8 barbell skullcrushers/50 jumping jacks/30s rest)
  • 4x (10 barbell upright rows/30 medball woodchoppers(15 each side)/45s rest)
  • 3x (10 overhead DB tricep presses/15 DB bench step ups/30s rest)
  • 4x (10 clean and press/10 burpees/60s rest)
  • 3x (10 incline DB flies/35 mtn climbers/45s rest)
