Body Blitz Week 8

Week 8, Day 2-Legs


  • ·         3x8-12 TUT: narrow stance leg press
  • ·         3x8-12 TUT: wide stance leg press
  • ·         3x8-12 TUT: DB squats
  • ·         150 box jumps
  • ·         50 step ups (per leg, hold DB in each hand)
  • ·         50 reverse step ups(each leg, hold DBs)
