Week 7, Day 1-Upper Body


  • ·         3x8-12 TUT: bent over barbell row
  • ·        3x8-12 TUT: bench press
  • ·        3x8-12 TUT: incline bench press
  • ·        3x8-12 TUT: DB lateral raises
  • ·        3x8-12 TUT: incline bicep curls
  • ·       3x8-12 TUT: tricep kickbacks
  • ·       3x8-12 TUT: tricep rope pushdown
  • ·       3x8-12 TUT: barbell upright row
  • 100 leg raises
  • 100 flutter kicks
