Week 3, Day 2- Upper Body



  • 5x8 close grip lat pulldowns
  • 5x8 single arm DB row
  • 5x8 DB bench press
  • 5x8 DB flys
  • 5x8 incline DB curls
  • 5x8 standing barbell curls
  • Lat pulldown burnout(100 reps on light weight)
