Leg Explosion

3x8 each exercise, 30 seconds rest between each set, up to 60 sec rest between exercises
  • Thrusters
  • KB Swings
  • Jumping Lunges
  • In and Out Jump Squats
  • Burpees no PU
  • Side lunge with cross body kick
  • Froggers
  • Box Jumps
  • Hang Cleans
  • Straight Leg Deadlifts
This workout took my 32 minutes total to complete and I was drenched in sweat and my legs already hurt and it hasnt even been an hour haha. I used weights for the first two and last two exercises and plan to build up to using weights for the other exercises. Some of them I felt like I could have used weights but now Im glad I didnt, it will be nice to walk tomorrow haha.
