Body Blitz Workout Challenge!

This summer was not a great one for my waist line unfortunately. I didn't have much time or place to workout and with all the vacations we had, waaaayy too much restaurant food went down my throat and not much healthy foods. We are back home now and about to take back the reigns. While searching on the internet, I came across "Share It Fitness" website which is a great place that people have placed various workouts and challenges online. We found a 12 week challenge which is a little different from what we normally do, but we figured, hey, it's only 12 weeks, its worth a try. Looking ahead at some of the workouts, we're going to get our butt kicked in the end weeks, but we cant wait :)
If you want to try the challenge with us, we will be posting the workouts here daily after we do them ourselves. We took before pictures and weighed in so we can see our results monthly. Well, here goes nothing!

Body Blitz Week 1, Day 1

60 minutes HIIT cycling- 30 sec hard, 1:30 easier(but still try and keep your heart rate up)
