Orange Sriracha Chicken Skewers

Raymond decided that he wanted to make dinner last night, which was nice seeing that I REALLY need to study, ugh finals suck! haha Anyways, the chicken turned out great! Perfect amount of spiciness, and just overall yummy. Since I didnt actually make dinner(or help at all) Im just kind of putting the general recipe and maybe he can comment on anything special he did etc.

  • In a small bowl, mix up the glaze
  • Place the chicken on the skewers, about 4 per skewer, you can even add some fresh veggies if youd like
  • On a baking sheet covered with tinfoil, place the chicken skewers and then cover with the glaze
  • Bake the skewers at 400 degrees about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is done
  • Serve with rice, quinoa, anything else you fancy :)
