Im Bringing Sexy Back

I actually wasnt planning on working out today and just taking the day off. But Raymond convinced me haha. So todays workout was a backside workout: back, hamstrings and glutes. It wasnt all that difficult but I could definitely feel the work :) This workout is done superset style, meaning for each set of two exercises you go back and forth between them with no rest breaks until you finish all your reps. Doing the workout this way helps you get a great workout in and quickly. Plus it helps to keep your heartrate up while your working :) Here goes:


Sexy Backside Workout

For each set of two exercises, you have 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Pullups and Deadlifts
  • Swissball supermans and Swissball hamstring curls
  • Bent over row and Single leg straight leg deadlift
  • Lat pulldown and bridges
  • Bent over T's and Quadruped glute kickbacks
