Legs and Abs


Day 2 workout :) I went through this workout 2 times and did 20 reps each exercise
 
1. Jumping Lunges

2. 45 deg elbow taps with toe touch
3. High Knees-60 sec
4. Weighted Single Leg Deadlift (right)
5.
Weighted Single Leg Deadlift (left)
6. Plank Pop Up
7. Squat Chop
8. Extended Plank on forearms
9. Bicycles
10. Plank Crunches
