Egg Scramble Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients
  •  10 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Onion, diced
  • Green or Red Peppers, diced
  • Spinach, chopped
  • Cubed ham
  • Shredded Cheese
  • 1 can biscuits, cut in quarters
  • Salt and pepper

Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix eggs and milk together in a 9x12 glass baking dish
  • Add in self-selected amounts of onions, peppers, spinach, ham and cheese and mix
  • Place the biscuits throughout and gently mix
  • Top with S&P
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
