  • 3x8-12 TUT: squats
  • 3x8-12 TUT: deadlifts
  • 3x8-12 TUT: leg press machine
  • 3x8-12 TUT: calve raises
  • 3x8-12 TUT: ham curls
Remember, TUT means 4 sec concentric, 2 sec eccentric
