Body Blitz-Start of the Second Section

Week 5, Day 1- Upper Body


  • 3x8-12 TUT: DB bench press
  • 3x8-12 TUT: incline DB bench press
  • 3x8-12 TUT: skull crushers
  • 3x8-12 TUT: DB military press
  • 3x8-12 TUT: barbell upright row
  • 3x8-12 TUT: barbell preacher curls
  • 100 crunches
  • 100 bicycle crunches
**TUT stands for Time Under Tension in which the lift will be performed as such: 4 seconds concentric contraction, 2 seconds eccentric.
Ex. Bicep curl TUT: count to 4 slowly in your head as you are the lifting the weight up, as you're letting the weight down, count to 2
