Sweet Mango FarroIngredients
- 3/4 cup farro, uncooked
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 mango chopped
- Cook the farro according to package(basically cook like pasta and then drain when its done)
- Heat the coconut milk and sugar in a small pan until the sugar is dissolved
- Pour the milk/sugar mixture over the farro and add the mango. Mix it all up.
- Let the farro sit for a few minutes to let the mixture soak in and spread the flavor and then enjoy!
