M-100s

Raymond's favorite way to warm-up before a good leg workout, for me, I can sometimes use it as my whole workout, or just do M-50s or M-20s as my workout.


This workout consists of 3 exercises, each done for 10 reps and then all done 10 times through, so that ends up being 300 reps of something before you even do your workout! Try and do them with as little rest between exercises and sets.

  • Burpees-no pushup, and the jump is optional
  • Mountain climbers-10 for each leg
  • Jump squats
Simple, yet grueling. Get to it!
