Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie

Obviously after a good workout, you gotta have a good breakfast. I found this recipe for an oatmeal breakfast cookie online and tweaked it a little. And gotta admit, it wasnt bad.

  • 5 tsp flour
  • A little bit of baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp applesauce
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • Dark chocolate chips (how many you want)
  • 1 tsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tsp coconut milk to hold it all together
Cook in the microwave 1 min and enjoy!

** Next time Im going to try adding a little vanilla or chocolate protein powder along with some chia seeds, but for my first time I didnt want to deviate away from the original recipe TOO much.
