Obviously after a good workout, you gotta have a good breakfast. I found this recipe for an oatmeal breakfast cookie online and tweaked it a little. And gotta admit, it wasnt bad.
- 5 tsp flour
- A little bit of baking soda
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tsp applesauce
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- Dark chocolate chips (how many you want)
- 1 tsp natural peanut butter
- 2 tsp coconut milk to hold it all together
** Next time Im going to try adding a little vanilla or chocolate protein powder along with some chia seeds, but for my first time I didnt want to deviate away from the original recipe TOO much.
