- 5x8 Squats
- 5x8 Barbell deadlifts
- 5x8 Sumo squats
- 5x8 Walking lunges(16 total each time)
- 5x8 Reverse lunges
- 100 box jumps
By the time I got to the box jumps, it took all the remaining will power I had left to finish them, it was great :)
This blog has become a collection of workouts we have done; both ones we have created ourselves and ones that we have found created by others. It also includes some of our favorite recipes. This is a blog of our fitness journey, one that we will be on the rest of our lives.
